Youth Education
TBS offers formal educational opportunities for students from PreK through 12th grade.
Formal Education
Our Religious School curriculum is designed to inspire students to engage actively in Jewish living and learning and provides them with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to lead Jewish lives. Our program continues to evolve to ensure that it meets the needs of today’s families, both in content and structure.
Using multiple teaching modalities, such as music, discussion, and active learning, students have the opportunity to learn the diversity of Jewish traditions and learn skills that will help them as Jewish adults. Our classes focus on active, engaging learning that makes the student part of the learning process and engages them through all of the senses.
Youth education prepares students to become Bar or Bat Mitzvah and most of our students continue to Confirmation and Post Confirmation.
